1. Feminine Flame Invocation
Gather all altar elements. Lay the embroidered cloth as the foundation. Light the oil lamp. Place the Flame Crystal in the center, with the Eden Guardian and Samadhi Quartz flanking it.
Hold the Air Element Cup to your womb and speak aloud:

Assign each altar object to one of the five elements and feel their presence activate within you:
