I hold seven years of higher education across multiple fields — Human Resources, High-Performance Organizations, Organizational Behavior, International Relations, Politics, Peacebuilding & Conflict Management, Adult Education, Lifelong Learning, and Pedagogical Studies and Entrepreneurial Studies — giving me a strong, multi-layered understanding of how people, systems, and structures work together.

My earlier work experience in psychological assessment for recruitment gave me deep insight into how traditional hiring is done — and how often it fails to truly see the full alignment between the person and the workplace.
